REALEMBLEM started in a spare room in Austin with a laptop, a shipping scale, and a stubborn belief that people deserve better than mass-produced, one-size-fits-nobody goods. We’re still a small team, and we still answer our own emails. So when you reach out, a real person reads it.

Drop us a line at [email protected]. This is the fastest way to get a response, and it’s the one we check most often. Send us your order number if you have one, plus a quick note about what’s going on. Screenshots or photos help too if something arrived less than perfect.

We’re a working office, not a retail storefront, so we don’t have regular walk-in hours for browsing. If you need to stop by for a pickup or a return, send us an email first and we’ll set up a time that works.

Office Hours

We’re here Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. Messages that come in over the weekend or on holidays get picked up the next business day.

What to Expect

We reply to every message within 24 to 48 hours. Sometimes it’s faster, especially on weekdays. If you haven’t heard back after two business days, check your spam folder first, then send us a follow-up. We won’t mind.
