Return Policy

At REALEMBLEM, we want you to feel good about every order you place with us. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it simple.

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. If 30 days have passed, we unfortunately can’t offer a refund, so please check your items soon after delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item should be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. We’ll also need your order number or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll send you an email to let you know it arrived. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. You’ll receive the full purchase price back. Please allow a few business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

We cover the cost of return shipping. Just reach out to us first, and we’ll guide you through the process and provide the details you need to send your item back at no extra cost to you.
