How long does shipping take?

Most orders leave our shop within 3 to 5 business days. Once shipped, domestic delivery usually takes another 5 to 8 business days. Custom orders with detailed artwork may need a bit more time, and we’ll always let you know upfront.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to many countries outside the United States. International delivery typically runs 10 to 20 business days, depending on your location and local customs. Any duties or import fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

What is your return policy?

If your emblem arrives damaged or doesn’t match the approved design, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll remake it or issue a refund. Because custom items are made just for you, we can’t accept returns for change of mind.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout. All payment details are encrypted and never stored on our servers.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can follow your package every step of the way. Didn’t get the email? Check your spam folder or reach out to us.

How do you ensure quality?

Every piece is checked by hand before it leaves our workshop. We look at stitching, color, and finish so what arrives matches what you pictured.

How do you handle my privacy?

We only collect what we need to process and ship your order. We never sell your data. You can request access to or deletion of your personal information at any time, in line with GDPR and CCPA.
